Monday 10-12noon, 6-9pm,Tuesday 10-12noon, 6-9pm, Wednesday 6pm-9pm, Thursday 10-12noon, 6-9pm, Friday 7.15-9.15pm, Saturday 10am - 12 noon. Saturday Nights available for pole party bookings, perfect for birthday celebrations and hen nights.

uses elements of aerobics, dance and gymnastics in it's highly popular classes. Daytime
& Evening classes available for all abilities, age and size. Why not try this unique
confidence building course that strengthens and tones your body as well as increasing
your fitness levels.
No pole sharing, No mixed ability. Totally fitness, 12 spinning
poles located in two private dedicated studios with no one over looking you. Fully
trained and experienced staff. Previously based in Trowbridge,- we have moved to
larger premises in Melksham that allows us to hold parties and corp events. Read
