CANCELLATION POLICY CHANGES EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST AUGUST 2010

ENSURE YOU PICK UP YOUR COPY AT YOUR NEXT CLASS.

“Once this new policy is in place it will mean that if a single member turns up for a class they will receive 1-2-1 instruction. Previously the member would have been given the opportunity to join perhaps a class in the other studio or stay on an additional hour or be sent home. This was not acceptable. POLE-DA-CISE CANCELLATION POLICY 1st JULY 2010

Payment for a block of 4 classes is £40. If it is not possible to make your class Pole-Da-Cise require as least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is provided then 100% of your class money (£10) will be lost.

If you give more than 24 hours but less than a weeks notice we will consider (at the instructors discretion) carrying forward your monies to the following week. Because Pole-Da-Cise do not hold set courses you will not miss out on learning something new as the moves taught will be practiced again at a later date.

 

If you are PAY AS YOU GO we charge £12 a class and contact must be kept with your instructor to ensure the class is available that week. You must contact your instructor and give 24 hours notice of cancellation.

 

If you pay one week ahead (This only agreed for members who have previously spoken to the instructor and have permission to do so) the same policy is in place as for 4 week payers. 24 hours notice is required to avoid losing £10. Less than a weeks notice is required to ensure you can continue at the same time and day and to hold your booked slot. AT YOU NEXT CLASS YOU WILL NEED TO PAY £20 TO KEEP ONE WEEK AHEAD.

 

If you have one 2 one lessons we are charged between £15 - £20 with Lisa Henderson then once again contact must be kept in the form of a call, email or text to ensure your class is available that week. You must contact your instructor and give 24 hours notice of cancellation.

 

If you have holiday booked ensure that you have informed the instructor of this as soon as possible. A note will be made on the members holiday form to ensure your money is safe. More than 7 days is required for notice or you will lose your money for those classes missed.

In exceptional circumstances only E.g. Pregnancy, long time illness or injury. Members can pass their paid amount to a friend or family member as payment for their own completion of classes. Refunds are not available unless permission is given by Lisa Henderson (Owner) 07792278012 or mail@pole-da-cise.com  If in the unlikely event Pole-Da-Cise moves or the company changes hands any held money will be the responsibility of Lisa Henderson and contact with her is required. Pole-Da-Cise can only hold money for 6 months maximum. Once again this can only be arranged through Lisa Henderson.

 

WHEN CONTACTING YOUR INSTRUCTOR BY TEXT, EMAIL, VOICEMAIL OR CALL, REMEMBER TO ADD YOUR FULL NAME AND YOUR CLASS DAY AND TIME. IF YOU CAN NOT GET HOLD OF YOUR INSTRUCTOR PLEASE TRY ANOTHER METHOD OF CONTACT OR ANOTHER INSTRUCTOR.

BUSINESS CARDS WITH ALL THE INSTRUCTORS CONTACT NUMBERS ARE AVAILABLE AT RECEPTION. PLEASE ASK.

If Pole-Da-Cise instructors need to cancel the class then as a member you will not be charged and your money is safe for the following week. Please ensure you keep us up to date with your contact numbers and email addresses.

If class fees change you will be notified with at least 30 days notice and a new policy with those changes will be available from reception.
